1. The shroud. This PE was apparently the golden fleece of Jason. It was used by Joseph as his coat of many colors, inherited by David who used it to defeat the philistines and become king and then by Jesus of Nazareth to gather a following (It's important to note that all these people belong to the same lineage; PEs are passed down from generation to generation). It was via a Templar plot that the shroud was taken to Rome and used to support the Roman empire. The video implies that the shroud was originally an apple, that implies that the PE are malleable to some extent. We may never know, but we can at least speculate. 

2. Oh, look its PE 34! Why, I thought it was sealed under the Vatican. Yeah, that's where the staff ended up. No clue as to where Ezio had taken it after AC II. Given Elizabeth I got the Masayaf apple, it is likely Ezio went to Britain. The British monarchy had strong connections with Russia and it was possible that the staff was given to the Tsar. Possibly to combat Napoleon's conquest. It would explain how the Tsar kept power without reforming the backwards Russian state. But yeah, speculation. It's interesting to note that the European monarchy kept their bloodline limited. This could be explained in the AC universe by their attempts to keep their lineage to the first civ to themselves and hence be the only fit to use the PEs. 

Like I said, Jeanne get's burned in order to steal the sword. If you look at the original, there is genuinely a Templar cross where the clerics are sitting.

The Templar agent, Rasputin uses his connection to the Tsar through his powers (advanced medicine? illusion?) over the Tsar's son's hemophilia. Rasputin then takes the staff to Tunguska, where the Templars plan to get it to work.

Meanwhile, the Templars work the mob into overthrowing the provisional government and replacing it with a dictatorship under Lenin. Lenin was almost certainly a Templar. He controlled the masses with propaganda and used his position to destroy any remnant of the socialist movement that had come before him. He then instigated a reign of terror that paved the way for Stalin. 

Ubisoft, apparently, decided he was an Assassin...

3. "People only see what they're trained to see."

That's why its important to challenge the status quo. Only through that can we cut the reasonable from the self serving. 

Houdini PE1, killed via ruptured Apendix from being punched in the gut by a college student.

Ghandi PE2, killed by a hindu fanatic through with a shot from a gun.

JFK: PE2 was utilised to brainwash the driver of his car to steal PE3 in the confusion as he was assassinated by either Oswald (likely also brainwashed) or Z. The public were to be distracted using PE1. JFK was planning on giving equal rights to his citizens. The Templars did not approve (neither did whoever really shot him). Both Houdini and Ghandi's PE served this purpose. The cross on the letter is marked with four letters. Likely in hoc signo vinces, in this sign conquer. A phrase told to Constantine when he was told to convert to Christianity.
