The Codex 19: Altair's armor

Zw-codex-19
Legend speaks of a Golden Fleece. Could the two be related?...

...I have further refined the metallurgic process, allowing for the production of a suit of armor the likes of which the world has never seen...

...It is possessed of great strength, yet so light as to allow complete freedom...

...I alternate between wonder and fear. Here we have crafted something that will surely change the face of warfare, making those who wear it nigh invincible...

Perhaps it was a mistake to create these pieces. I think it best to erase the formulae. What if it were to fall into the hands of our enemies? The risk is too great...

Commentary: I have little to no idea what is going on in this picture. The alchemical symbol below the armor eludes me, as does the staff like object reaching down. It makes this image all the more interesting and if anyone could help identification, I would be grateful. The armor itself is bizarre. It resembles plate armor at first glance but then it overlaps like Roman lorica segmentata.
As for the text. Altair mentions the golden fleece, which Subject 16 identifies as one of the pieces of Eden, known as the shroud.

  1. I think that the object above the armor is "The Flaming Sword"

"According to the Bible, a cherub (or, in some traditions, either the archangel Uriel or Camael) with a flaming sword was placed by God at the gates of Paradise after Adam and Eve were banished from it (Genesis 3:24).

Eastern Orthodox tradition says that after Jesus was crucified and resurrected, the flaming sword was removed from the Garden of Eden, making it possible for humanity to re-enter Paradise.["

The triangle could be "philosopher's stone" or in latim "lapis philosophorum",it is said to be an legendary alchemical substance capable of turning metals into gold or silver. you can search on google images "Philosopher's stone symbol"

"The earliest known written mention of the philosophers' stone is in the Cheirokmeta by Zosimos of Panopolis (c. 300 AD).Alchemical writers assign a longer history. Elias Ashmole and the anonymous author of Gloria Mundi (1620) claim that its history goes back to Adam, who acquired the knowledge of the stone directly from God. This knowledge was said to be passed down through biblical patriarchs, giving them their longevity. The legend of the stone was also compared to the biblical history of the Temple of Solomon and the rejected cornerstone described in Psalm 118."

About Zosimos of Panopolis: "In general, Zosimos' understanding of alchemy reflects the influence of Hermetic and Gnostic spiritualities. He asserted that the fallen angels taught the arts of metallurgy to the women they married, an idea also recorded in the Book of Enoch and later repeated in the Gnostic Apocryphon of John.[8] In a fragment preserved by Syncellus, Zosimos wrote:

The ancient and divine writings say that the angels became enamoured of women; and, descending, taught them all the works of nature. From them, therefore, is the first tradition, chema, concerning these arts; for they called this book chema and hence the science of chemistry takes its name."

It can also be the "Alkahest", a hypothetical universal solvent, able to dissolve every other substance, including gold.

On the top left od the triangle may represent the Vitriol symbol (you can search this,i think there is more than one type of vitriol, but if you type "ancient alchemycal symbols table" the standard vitriol symbol will be that one).

    Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitriol

On the right top of the triangle is the symbol of Saturn and the alchemical symbol for lead.

Underneath the vitriol symbol can represent the letter "y" (Yudh) of the "early aramaic alphabet"

Underneat the saturn lead symbol is the symbol of the moon, that in alchemy represents silver.

The triangle holds in his center the alchemy symbol of the sun, that also represents gold.

This was the best i could find, if i made any grammatical error i apologize.
